SHIPPING METHOD
Whenever possible, products are shipped via Ground Transportation via
either UPS (United Parcel Service) or Federal Express. Larger items often
require custom packaging and may travel via any one of the leading
trucking transportation vendors we normally use.
All of the products in
this store have a shipping rate associated with it. However, due to the
fact that we strive to always find the very best rate for our customers
each time they order form us, our shipping rates are calculated on a
case-by-case basis. And therefore does not show in the shopping cart at
the time of purchase. The same goes for taxes. The decisions are made by a
person. Wear-Con personally handles each and every order, large or small,
through a real live sales rep. That way, we can ensure all of our
customers are getting the attention they deserve.
Rest assured that the
person placing the order will receive a call from someone at Wear-Concepts
as soon as the order arrives to discuss shipping methods and costs.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Any orders that are refused
at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs
including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned to
Wear-Concepts. A handling fee may also be charged for orders that have
been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive an item that
has been damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company
immediately and us. You can also cancel unshipped items by calling or by

International Ordering/Shipping Policy
Wear-Concepts, Inc. welcomes orders for shipment to addresses in the U.S.,
Canada, possessions and territories of the U.S. and APO and FPO addresses.
Orders for international shipments may be subject to additional handling
charges; higher shipping rates; applicable customs, duties and taxes; all
of which are the customers responsibility. NOTE: At this time
Wear-Concepts can only ship products internationally on a case-by-case
basis, and the determination will be made after an international order is
received. All international orders must be prepaid in full
with U.S. funds, by a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank, by wire
transfer, US Money Order or credit card (upon approval). International
credit card orders MUST be placed via fax and must include a photocopy of
the front AND back of the credit card as well as the cardholder's driver's
license. Scanned documents sent via e-mail are also acceptable at the sole
discretion of Wear-Concepts, Inc. International orders can also be placed
