How do I shop Online?

First, use
any of our cool
search options to locate the products you are looking for, or click on
any category and a search will return all products fitting that
category. (Feel free to browse through ALL our products!)

To purchase
a particular product, key in the
quantity that you want in the square box (it is '1' by default) and choose a size/type if
applicable. Now you are ready to put the item in your personal
shopping cart. Click 'Add to order'
and your order will be added to your shopping cart and you will see a
confirmation of what you just ordered.

At any time
during your shopping session you can
View the Cart
contents and modify quantities and/or delete items.

You can also
save all the contents of your cart at any time (for future visits) by
saving to your
Wish List.

When you are
through shopping click on
Checkout and provide the requested buyer
information. You will
Create an Account
as part of the purchasing process, and this account will greatly enhance
future shopping sessions with us. (If you are a
returning customer,
simply
Login
and you can view and modify quantities of previously purchased products.)

You will receive a
simple to read confirmation of your order via email moments after
placing your order. Followup questions regarding your order can be

What types of
Payment/Credit cards do you accept?

Wear-Con accepts Visa,
Mastercard and American Express for all online purchases. Customers that
already have credit established may still enjoy the convenience of online
shopping. Call our office for details. Established customers can also skip
the credit card and order with just a Purchase Order number as well! (See
next question for details)
Credit can be extended as long
as a credit app is submitted and approved by Wear-Con. For an application,

Can I
order online using just a Purchase Order Number (PO)?
For our established customers, Wear-Con
extends the convenience of shopping online using just a Purchase Order
number to check out. However, you will be required to have an approved
credit application on file at our office before any orders can be processed
using this method.
Already have credit app on
file? After placing
the items in the cart and upon checkout, simply check the box labeled (Use
P.O. only) and your order will be processed without the usual credit card
information.
No credit app on file?
Use our convenient
Online Customer
Information Form.
Can I order by phone
instead of online?

Yes. Call us between 8am-4:30pm (CST), Mon thru Fri and we will be happy to
take your order and answer any questions you might have.
Can
I send my order via FAX?

Yes. Simply print and fill out our
convenient
Fax Form and fax it to us at (816) 587-2055.
If you are purchasing more items and need a second page, just add the items
on plain paper and include it in the fax.
