Installation of Densit® wear protection solutions

The Densit chemically-bonded ceramics can be applied by casting, trowelling or spraying. Some products are easy to install and can be applied by your own staff or ours. The installation time is short both with regard to the installation process itself and the time before the wear lining is ready to use: 2 days at 20 degrees C (68 degrees F) and less if the temperature is higher.

In addition, Wear-Concepts/Densit solutions can be installed by our own team of trained installation specialists, not third party contractors. We know that the quality of our installations is as important as the quality of our products, and we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
